ECI was founded in 1996. We celebrate 28 years of dedication to English as a Second Language field; dedication to Education in general; dedication to partners: home and abroad; dedication to our students received from all over the world.

We are thankful to all of the faculty and staff members that have strengthened ECI's mission; we are thankful to our students that have given us guidelines of appreciation of every culture and race that exists in the world.

We carry pride for continually nurturing ECI's mission and goals and for always employing hard work towards the quality education and excellent service to the students.

As we step in into 2024 calendar year, we welcome all the students to come and experience the education at ECI. ECI operates in two(2) campuses: ECI Main Campus is in Richardson, Texas, and ECI Branch is in Farmers Branch, Texas (both locations within the Dallas metropolitan areas).
